Product Licensing

Products sold on Technoware are digital information products that may include various license types. Each product page lists the specific license included with that purchase.

Private Label Rights (PLR)

PLR gives you broad rights to edit, rebrand, and sell the product as your own. You may modify content, change the author name, and distribute to your customers. Specific restrictions vary by product — always review the license file included with your download.

Master Resell Rights (MRR)

MRR allows you to resell the product to your customers and may also permit your customers to resell it. This is ideal for building a product catalog or membership site.

Resell Rights (RR)

RR allows you to sell the product to end customers but typically does not allow your buyers to resell it further.

Your responsibilities

• Verify the license type on each product before reselling
• Do not sell products on platforms that prohibit PLR content
• Do not claim copyright on unmodified PLR content where restricted
• Keep a copy of your purchase receipt and license file
